The practice focuses primarily on creditors’ rights, but the Firm also represents debtors in local and national bankruptcy cases. We have been fortunate to have been involved in many high profile bankruptcy matters, including Aladdin, Afrikiko Charlie’s, and the Regent at Summerlin bankruptcies, as well as representing Bank of Africa, Access Bank, and PDS Gaming in its bankruptcy related matters.
