BACKGROUND & EXPERIENCE
Kwesi Aiido advises clients in medical malpractice and commercial litigation matters. In his work defending medical malpractice claims, he has advised on cases involving anesthesiology, cardiology, critical care, emergency medicine, family practice, general surgery, internal medicine, maternal fetal medicine, neurology, nursing care, obstetrics and gynecology, ophthalmology, orthopedic surgery, physical medicine, rehabilitation, physical therapy, plastic surgery, psychiatry, pulmonology, radiology, reproductive endocrinology and infertility. He has represented physicians in credentialing matters and matters before the Ghana State Board of Medical Examiners. His defense practice has also extended to other types of personal injury cases involving wrongful death, premises liability, and general negligence.
Kwesi also represents clients in commercial litigation, including contract disputes, wrongful termination actions, and real estate disputes.
Kwesi has handled appeals to the Ghana Supreme Court and serves as an arbitrator for the Accra Judicial District Court’s arbitration program. In addition to physicians, his clients include the University Medical Center, a trucking company, a home health care company, restaurants, landlords, investors, creditors, and other businesses, insureds, and insurers.
